Kitchen

This informal dining area was previously a screened-in porch. We extended the house and enclosed the area to extend the kitchen area and make the space usable year round. This made the home functional in the way people prefer it today, with the convenience of the dining being adjacent to the kitchen where meals are prepared.

The client wanted the kitchen to be bold and beautiful. We were very happy with our client’s preference to use natural wood over a painted finish. It adds a beautiful depth. The most outstanding feature is the green Brazilian Quartz we chose to for the countertop. In fact, everybody loved the dramatic pattern of the quartz so much that we also used it as an accent that makes this kitchen truly stand out. The open display shelves created stepped-wall detail. The polished steel hardware upgrades the style of the kitchen further.
